Calling Guests to dinner

The formal receiving line

Announce to top table Guests of Honour

Introduce the Worshipful Master and his Lady
    into the room

Announce the Chaplin to say grace

Announce the Worshipful Master for the Loyal Toast

Announce speeches and 'Ladies Song'

Call the stewards to collect the Ladies' gifts

Lead the Worshipful Master and his Lady from the
    banquet

Draw the Raffle

And any other duties required
