- Calling Guests to dinner
- The formal receiving line
- Announce to top table Guests of Honour
- Introduce the Worshipful Master and his Lady into the room
- Announce Chaplin to say grace
- Announce the Worshipful Master for the Loyal Toast
- Announce speeches and 'Ladies Song'
- Call the stewards to collect the Ladies' gifts
- Lead the Worshipful Master and his Lady from the banquet
- Draw the Raffle
- And any other duties required
Your Ladies Night is important and will benefit with the help of a professional Masonic Toastmaster
